Operational Activities Circle
The strategic objectives are:
- Driving quality, efficiency and common standards across the Members’ networks
- Being the platform for exchange of best practices among Members in the operational and interconnectivity area of letter and parcel services
In order to achieve and maintain high-quality standards within the European postal network, to provide a platform to exchange views,to promote the development of current and future Terminal Dues systems, several Working Groups activities and Quality Improvement Processes have been set up.
The Circle aims at providing the Working Groups with the necessary tools and information to drive quality and operational excellence and to provide platforms for operational knowledge exchange in the light of the future challenges of the sector.
