The PostEurop Innovation Award celebrates its tenth edition in 2026, with twelve members submitting projects. This booklet brings them together as a practical reference and source of inspiration for the PostEurop community. We invite you to explore what our members are building across Europe —and what could be adapted or replicated elsewhere.
Two themes stand out. First, AI and automation are moving from experimentation to implementation. From sorting and route optimisation to back-office processes and parcel locker networks, deployments are already delivering measurable results and cost savings. This progress comes despite geopolitical instability, supply-chain disruption, cost pressures, and regulatory change.
