Pošta Crne Gore d.o.o. – Limited Liability Company Podgorica, was organized by the decision of the Management Board of JP PTT Traffic of Montenegro on the division of the Company into Pošta Crne Gore d.o.o. and Telekomunikacije Crne Gore a.d., to which the Government of the Republic of Montenegro gave its consent with the Decision on giving consent to the status change of JP PTT traffic of Montenegro.
