The PostEurop Board of Directors (BoD), at its 142nd meeting on 18 March 2026, approved the following change to the composition of the Board of Directors.

We are pleased to announce that Claire Nicolas (Royal Mail Group) has been appointed to the PostEurop Board of Directors, replacing her Royal Mail colleague Ian Wilkinson.
Claire, is a senior international post and parcel executive with nearly 30 years of experience, recognised for shaping international strategy, leading complex cross‑border partnerships, and representing organisational interests at senior commercial, governmental, and industry levels.
She has spent her entire career in the international delivery and logistics sector, progressing through senior operational and strategic account leadership roles supporting major UK and global retail brands. As Head of International Development at DPDgroup UK, part of the Geopost group, she launched new global propositions, drove significant revenue growth, and contributed to major regulatory and trade initiatives including UK Exit, the Windsor Framework, and the evolution of UK Free Trade Agreements.
Claire is currently Director of Network Partnerships & International Policy at Royal Mail and a member of the International Executive Team. She leads Royal Mail’s bilateral and multilateral relationships, international policy, postal and governmental diplomacy, and wider international strategic engagement. She also serves as Co‑Chair of the POC Customs Group, representing the United Kingdom in global postal governance.
