Omniva customers across the Baltics now are able to extend the storage time of parcels in parcel machines via the self-service portal and mobile app. The new feature offers customers greater flexibility and convenience, allowing them to manage parcel collection according to their own schedule.
Customers can extend the storage period for up to 4 additional days at a rate of €1 per day. This extension can be applied up to three times, allowing for a maximum total extension of 12 days.
The process is fully self-service and there is no need to reach out to customer support to extend the storage time. By logging in to Omniva’s self-service portal, customers can easily order an extension for their parcel themselves. Additionally, the self-service portal allows clients to change the delivery method and select a different delivery location on their own, providing full flexibility and convenience.
Omniva continues to focus on improving customer experience through simple and digital solutions. The option to extend parcel storage time helps customers stay flexible and in control of their deliveries, ensuring greater convenience and peace of mind when managing their parcels.
The new functionality is available for all parcels stored in Omniva parcel machines across the Baltics.
