The terms and conditions of employment are exactly the same as for our Slovak employees. Our advantage is that in the majority of positions a lack of knowledge of Slovak or only a partial understanding of our language is not a hindrance to the performance of the jobs. At the moment, as many as 20 Ukrainian refugees are working at post offices with different types of employment contract in line with the Labour Code. These refugees have been granted temporary refuge in Slovakia. Other potential employees have been going through the mandatory employment administration system.
