We are operating at full capacity and are currently able to take on the ever-increasing parcel volumes. Despite the tens of thousands of parcels per day, we manage to deliver the majority of them across Estonia by the next day.

Since the most popular parcel machines may be the destination for more parcels than they can hold in a day, it is possible that a small number of parcels reach clients with a delay, i.e. in up to three days. To avoid such situations, we fill and empty the parcel machines several times a day, expand our parcel machine network and work on Sundays.

Therefore, it is increasingly important that clients pick up their parcels as quickly as possible and on the same day. For every day a parcel waits in the parcel machine, we could deliver two additional parcels to clients.
