During lockdown Lloyd’s Register conducted a remote, but no less thorough and rigorous audit of IMS, its staff and systems to ensure procedures and processes comply with the standard. The global quality standard awarded by the International Organisation for Standardisation and the International Electrotechnical Commission has been awarded to all the services which IMS provides, including mail opening, storage, scanning, data capture, printing, fulfilment, franking and stationery supply.
