We are working on finding alternative solutions (incl. substituting flight connections with road transport), but at the moment extended delivery times are to be considered.
We are also informing that due to the state of emergency the guaranteed EMS delivery times are not valid.
We are also informing that more and more countries are issuing shipments without physical contact, meaning registered mail and parcels may not have the recipient’s signature, but instead have a marking noting the delivery time made by the courier. This is deemed a sufficient document for proving that the shipment has been issued.
It is also possible to send parcels to the following countries during this state of emergency (updated 14.04).
