Covid Update: Georgian Post vs COVID-19

Given the latest worldwide developments caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Georgian Post, in the shortest possible timeframe, has adopted the safety measures in accordance with the recommendations from Governmental & health authorities.

At the same time, we continue to provide services to the population, public and private sectors.

Being an organization with high social responsibility, Georgian Post has ordered constant disinfection works at its service centres, exchange offices and sorting centres throughout Georgia, in order to reduce the spread risk of the COVID-19.

We have also provided our personnel with protective equipment, such as: special disinfectant liquids, gloves, masks and protective shields. Part of the employees started working remotely from home, while working hours at service centres have been reduced. The company also provides now, a delivery service with no direct contact with the addressee.

We just started home delivery of almost all state services, medications, masks and other first aid  essentials  to citizens aged over 70 years old, who belong to the highest risk group; and also we provide home delivery of blood glucose testers  for children and adolescents under 18 years with  diabetes.

Stay home, we stand ready to support you!
Together we will make it through!
