Deutsche Post DHL Group celebrates Top Employer awards

According to the Top Employer Institute all units are top performers in the areas of "Talent Strategy" and "Culture" as well as "Learning & Development".

Deutsche Post DHL Group  has been certified as Top Employer 2020. The Top Employer Institute's Global Certification Program annually certifies and recognizes companies who demonstrate a continuous commitment to providing the best working conditions for their employees at country level. For this award, each certified business unit at DPDHL Group went through a multi-stage certification program in which various categories were audited and evaluated by independent experts. According to the institute all units - namely Post & Parcel Germany, DHL Supply Chain, DHL Global Forwarding, Freight and DHL Express - are top performers in the areas of "Talent Strategy" and "Culture" as well as "Learning & Development".

Post & Parcel Germany is a top employer

The division has been awarded Top Employer certification for the first time. Post & Parcel Germany is one of the top three companies nationwide when it comes to "Workforce Planning", "Career & Succession Management" and "Culture" and is therefore a leader among German employers. It also achieved great results with regard to both the acquisition of talent and its talent strategy as well as within the field of "Learning & Development" and "Leadership Development". With over 110,000 post and parcel deliverers, the division faces special challenges in running such a comprehensive business on the roads of Germany every day. The award is a strong testament to the unit's efforts to deliver superior quality to their customers while investing in a working environment that will keep their employees satisfied.

DHL Supply Chain certified as Top Employer in 11 countries in Europe and the Americas

For the fourth time in a row, DHL Supply Chain, the specialist contract logistics arm of Deutsche Post DHL Group, has been honored from the Top Employers Institute. The division attained top scores in the categories "Talent Strategy", "Career & Succession Management", as well as "Leadership Development". DHL Supply Chain's commitment to continuously strive for excellent working conditions has been recognized in 11 participating countries, including: Belgium, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, the UK and Ireland, as well as the US, Brazil, Canada and Chile. Together, these countries represent more than 60 percent of the division's entire workforce. With Top Employer awards in seven European countries, DHL Supply Chain has also attained Top Employer Europe certification.

DHL Global Forwarding, Freight has been certified as Global Top Employer for the first time

DHL Global Forwarding, Freight, the air, ocean, and road freight specialist of Deutsche Post DHL Group, was certified for the first time as a global Top Employer in six regions. This most recent recognition spans 35 countries in Africa, Asia, Latin-America, North America, the Middle East, and Europe. The certification attests to DHL Global Forwarding, Freight's achievement in implementing best practices, focused on fostering a positive work environment and encouraging its employees' personal and professional development. The engagement and recognition of employees is key for building expert teams who provide best-in-class freight forwarding services to the customers. Training opportunities and talent development programs are consistently reviewed at DHL Global Forwarding, Freight, to ensure that they are the most rigorous, and benchmarked against the requirements of the industry.

DHL Express maintained leading position as Global Top Employer 2020

DHL Express, the world leader in logistics and express delivery, has been recognized as a leading global employer for the sixth year in a row. The division has been certified as Top Employer in 64 countries across Africa, Asia, North and Latin America, Europe and Middle East.
