As a result, the service in its current form will terminate on 18 November 2019.

Anyone who wishes can subscribe to the new service from 6 November 2019 at www.parcel24.cypruspost.post. With the new system you will have full access to and control over your account as well as the choice of system/systems.

The service will be provided free of charge until 29 February 2020, for the option to charge per use.

The charges are:

1. Monthly subscription: € 2,00
2. Quarterly subscription: € 5,00
3. Yearly subscription: € 18,00
4. Per use: € 0,80 (from 1/3/2020)

The new Parcel24 service will give you the option of choosing a primary locker and a secondary locker. You can change your locker choice at any time.

For existing subscribers:

If you expect to receive items between 18-30 November 2019, you can register as a subscriber by choosing one of the available systems (ie except the ones installed at the District Post Offices of Lefkosia, Lemesos and Larnaka that will operate on 1 December 2019). You can then change your selection when the desired system will be installed.
