As a result of the decision, an e-market place with the site name mallofconnected.qa was set up in Qatar in 2017 and all technical works required therefor were completed.

The 'Joint Venture Agreement' was signed between Turkish Post Corporation and Qatar Postal Services Company on April 19, 2017 in an effort to use the trademark ‘turkishsouq.qa’, over which primarily Turkish products will be sold to Qatar through marketing plans, instead of the website mallofconnected.qa, and to provide a basis for more comprehensive business. The online shopping site mentioned above was introduced during the International E-Commerce Conference held by Turkish Post Corporaiton in Antalya on November 20-21, 2017, with a press statement made by the Ministers of Transport of both countries.

The so-called 'Turkish Bazaar' international e-market place ‘turkishsouq.qa’ was launched on 01.01.2018 in Doha, Qatar. This platform, which was released with the opening ceremony and enables Turkish SMEs to do business internationally, has actively commenced its operations with the tests, infrastructure, security, and all other requirements thereof being ready.
