Arkadea aims at positioning itself as a unique developer, solicitous to meet in a responsible and innovative way to the real estate needs of local authorities and their residents.

Arkadea will build on its shareholders' values of proximity, territorial development and respect for the environment, to provide innovative solutions in the property development market.

Arkadea is a continuation of the partnership initiated between Icade and Poste Immo since 2009, which had already made it possible to achieve several high quality real estate programs (Le Panoramic in the Croix Rousse neighbourhood in Lyon, or Urban Quartz, a commercial building located in the EuroRennes development zone, for instance).

The new Arkadea entity, 50% owned by each of the companies, is now up and running and will autonomously carry out both residential and commercial development projects all over France.
