Parcelforce Worldwide makes significant enhancements to parcel tracking information on its website

Customers using the Tracking function on the Parcelforce Worldwide website (www.parcelforce.com) will now see significant enhancements to the way information about their tracked item is displayed.

Royal Mail Group’s express parcels business, Parcelforce Worldwide, has made it even easier for customers to access tracking information on its website (www.parcelforce.com Opens in new window).

It used feedback gathered from customer research to redesign its tracking results page and simplify the display of information for customers tracking items through its network.

The new features include:

  1. an easy-to-understand visual display status bar showing where a parcel is in its journey
  2. new user-friendly enhanced summary messages explaining the last tracked location of the parcel and next steps
  3. a new proof-of-delivery signature that will automatically be displayed on the same screen when available
  4. easy-to-understand, on-screen messaging

In addition, Parcelforce Worldwide has recently introduced PayPal as a payment option on its website www.parcelforce.com Opens in new window expanding its range of payment options for customers. Customers will be able to book their parcel online and choose to pay by debit/credit card or PayPal.
