PostNL trials delivery appointments

Consumers order more frequently and more online.

They also require delivery at a time that suits them best. That is why PostNL, Scheer & Foppen Elektro Speciaalzaken BV (including consumer electronics) and (sport and leisure items) are trialling delivery appointments for ordered goods.

For a small fee, and customers can receive their parcel next day at a time window of their choosing. We are offering customers five 2-hour time windows throughout the day and evening. This delivery on appointment is new. Consumers were already able to see in which time window they were going to receive a package. Now we also offer the option to choose their own time window, making online shopping easier for consumers.
