The Collective Agreement for PE Post of Serbia Signed

The new Collective Agreement was signed today on the premises of the PE Post of Serbia in Belgrade.

It has been harmonized with the Labour Law, and it will apply to 15.000 of employees in this enterprise. The Collective Agreement was signed in the name of founders, by Rasim Ljajić , Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, and in the name of employer - Milan Krkobabić , Director of PE Post of Serbia, and in the name of employees - Aleksandar Pavlović , President of the union “PTT Srbija“ and Snežana Marković , President of the union “PTT Independence“

“We managed to reach something which presents the ideal of the workers - to protect their rights, of the employer - to have satisfied employees, and of the state, which wants to achieve political, social and economic stability“, and the Post of Serbia is an example of thriving public enterprise both in business operations and in social dialogue, Minister Rasim Ljajic pointed out.

Milan Krkobabic said that in this manner the employees in the Post of Serbia will be able to regulate their work position and define their economic position.
