Mr. Dirk P. Tirez from bpost (Belgium) has been re-appointed as Chair of the European Union Affairs Committee (EAC).

Mrs. Elena Fernandez from Correos (Spain) and former member of the PostEurop Management Board has been re-appointed as Chair of the UPU and Restricted Unions Affairs Committee (UAC). 

Mr. Jürgen Lohmeyer from Deutsche Post DHL (Germany) and a current member of the PostEurop Management Board will continue as Chair of the Operational Activities Circle (OAC). 

Mr. Dominique Bailly from Le Groupe La Poste (France) will continue as Chair of the Corporate Social Responsibility Activities Circle (CSR-C). 

Mr. Sergey Dukelskiy from the Russian Post (Russia) and a current member of the PostEurop Management Board will continue as Chair of the Best Practice-Wider Europe Transversal (BP-WE).

Mr. Nicolaas van der Meer from PostNL (the Netherlands) has been appointed as Chair of the Security and Customs Transversal (SCT). 

The Vice-Chairs shall be appointed/re-appointed by Members of the respective Committees, Circles and Transversals.

As for the Market Activities Circle (MAC), the decision on the new Chairperson has been postponed.  In the meantime, Mr. Jan Sertons from PostNL (the Netherlands) and Vice-Chairman of the PostEurop Management Board will continue to fulfil this function on an interim basis.
