Mr. Fredric Jonsson from PostNord was appointed vice-chair of the Aviation Security Working Group replacing Christer Alldén, also from PostNord, who has retired.  Fredric is Senior Advisor - Security & Protection and Anti-Terrorism Officer (ATO). Fredric works with strategic security at the Group Security & Business Continuity unit within PostNord and has been a fire, risk and security professional since 1990. Fredric is based at PostNord Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. Previously Fredric has worked at WSP Group Ltd, RiskTeknik Martin Uulas AB, Svensk BevakningsTjanst AB and Skanska AB.

 

Mr. Setra Rakomotova from La Poste (France) was appointed Vice-Chair of the E-Identification Working Group.  Setra is project director in the IT strategy direction at La Poste and he has a MSc. in Computer and Electronic from ESIEA Paris. At La Poste, Setra has been in charge of the implementation of new products like La Poste’s electronic postmark (Cachet électronique de La Poste), e-registered mail (Lettre Recommandée Electronique), web stamp online (Mon timbre en ligne) and Buzz Card.  Representing La Poste, Setra also participated in workshops on the electronic products within the UPU for the European Standards EPCM S43 and PREM S52.  Prior to joining La Poste in 2004, Setra has worked in different companies including SNCF (French Railway) and Canal+ where he conducted projects for the launch of digital TV in Europe.
