This document is a key tool to promote the role of PostEurop and its member in CSR and to give the opportunity to postal operators to put forward the concrete practices they have put in place in CSR.

The Brochure will be launched during PostEurop Plenary Assembly on 18 September 2013. Several copies in both English and French will then be addressed by mail to all PostEurop members as well as to internal and external stakeholders from the sector, especially to EU institutions and CSR specialized associations.
