This service, which is available in the municipalities of Lisbon, Setúbal, Porto and Braga, complements the existing methods of collection in store or delivery within 48 hours to the address.

The process is simple and takes place 100% online, with the customer simply ordering a product from the NOS Online Store and soon from the NOS App, entering the address, selecting the fast delivery option, and making payment. After this moment, the customer will still be able, thanks to the CTT Now service, to follow the transport route of the order from the store to delivery at home.

The partnership established within the scope of this pioneering service and based on CTT's new strategic positioning, linking People and Companies with Total Delivery, expands the diversity of the offer that can be experienced and strengthens the relationship with customers, through convenience and innovation, in an increasingly digital world and with increasingly demanding consumers.
