During the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum 2021, the Managing Partner of «OMNIC» LTD Artur Grigoryants and the CEO of HayPost Hayk Karapetyan signed a respective memorandum. The strategical partnership implies to create an open international network of post lockers, with the opportunity to get e-commerce parcels at post offices, entries of residence buildings and other public places.

"After the successful implementation of a pilot project of post lockers based on software and hardware solutions of OMNIC, we adopted a decision on the joint development of postal lockers in Armenia. Within the framework of the project, OMNIC and Haypost will jointly invest a network of lockers throughout the Republic of Armenia", the CEO of HayPost Hayk Karapetyan commented.

"The conclusion of this agreement gives new opportunities for the development of electronic sales, allowing, in particular, to receive orders within the EAEU with no customs charges”, the Managing Partner of OMNIC LTD Artur Grigoryants mentioned.

OMNIC LTD is an international product company, specialized in development and production of hardware and software integrity for retail, logistic and hostelry services. The company has implemented more than 25 projects of lockers in Poland, USA, Russia etc. In 2019, OMNIC beat Guinness world record with the largest post locker in the world.
