As a designated postal operator, we are required to perform tasks as a result from applicable legal framework. Poczta Polska, among others served disabled voters in accordance with applicable regulations. This situation is very precisely defined by: the Electoral Code and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 08 June 2018 regarding shipments in correspondence voting.

It is also worth mentioning that many national entities and institutions are involved in the process of preparing correspondence voting, including Town Offices as well as Commune Offices. The role of Poczta Polska is limited to delivering postal items to the indicated address, and then delivering them to the District Electoral Commissions. Throughout its history, Poczta Polska has always made every effort to fulfil imposed obligations as best as possible. On the other hand, Poczta Polska has never commented on legislative work.
