Le Groupe La Poste: More than 2,000 toys and 12 tons of books will receive a new life thanks to the efforts of postal workers!

As part of the European Sustainable Development Week (ESDW) 2018, all postal workers throughout France have been invited to donate the books, DVDs and games* which they no longer use for the benefit of the associations Libraries Without Borders and ReJoué.

All donations were given on 9th July to the partner associations in Bobigny (93): the books to enrich the libraries created by the association Libraries Without Borders, and the toys to be refurbished and sold, by the association ReJoué.

More than 30,000 postal workers collected 12 tons of books and more than 2,000 toys. Not only were these books, games, etc. given a new life but these gifts will also give people everywhere in France and in the world access to education and culture.

* More specifically: books, CDs, DVDs, Blu-Rays, board games and toys.
