The charity campaign "Postman Pavli fills school bags", was launched by Pošta Slovenije, together with the Slovenian Association of Friends of Youth (SAFY). Nearly 15,000 different items of school supplies were collected in postal outlets across the country from 19 June to 21 August 2017.

Altogether, 38 societies (members of SAFY) will distribute the collected supplies to 2,000 children from lower classes, who in their current social condition would not have been able to access these materials. In this regard, financially disadvantaged parents can be relieved and at the same time have a carefree start of the school year, since they know that their children’s comfort is guaranteed.
