Process:

• Track & Trace your item.
• Click on the "Option" buttons.
• Select PROmitheas Proactive Track & Trace
• Select the type of notification you want to receive, either SMS or e-mail.
• Select the tracking events for which you want to receive an update when they appear, such as Receive item from sender Item sent abroad, Receive item at country of destination etc.
• Press "Submit".

As soon as one of the selected events appears, you will receive a notification based on your preference.

This is a FREE service provided for items with a barcode of the form ΧΧ123456789ΧΧ. SMS notifications can be sent to Cyprus mobile numbers only.

If you want to receive a document from Cyprus Post containing the Tracking History of your item, then:

Track & Trace your item.

• Click on the "Option" buttons
• Select Item tracaking history
• Enter your e-mail address
• Press "Submit"

Within a few seconds you will receive the relevant document in your e-mail
