European Postal Operators raised concerns regarding an amendment to article 14 on the service of judicial and extrajudicial documents by postal services, within the European Commission’s Proposal for a Regulation amending Regulation (EC) No 1393/2007 on the service in the member states of judicial and extrajudicial documents in civil or commercial matters (service of documents) published on 31 May 2018.
