They will work in post offices and sorting centers with the recruitment support of the Fundacja Aktywizacja. Cooperation between Poczta Polska and Fundacja Aktywizacja will last until the end of 2019.
The aim of the "Work - Integration" program is to increase employment of people with disabilities, those most exposed to social exclusion and long-term unemployment. The Activization Foundation ensures reaching this group of people, preparing candidates for applying and, if necessary, obtaining appropriate professional training. The Foundation's task is also to support disabled employees in their first period of employment.
