Organisational Announcement

We would like to bring to your attention several changes within the PostEurop Corporate Social Responsibility Activities Circle (CSR).

At the last PostEurop Management Board meeting, the board approved the nomination of Nathalie Ganzel (Le Groupe La Poste) as the Chair of the CSR circle replacing Dominique Bailly who has decided to pursue his own professional project. Nathalie, will be supported by Kalina Toteva (Bulgarian Posts), as Vice-Chair. Below are further changes to the circle.

Social Affairs Committee

Emmanuel Vivet from Le Groupe La Poste was appointed as the new Chairman of the Social Affairs Committee (SAC) replacing Mrs. Heike Ausprung from Deutsche Post DHL. He is currently the Chief of Staff of the Senior Vice-President for Human Resources. Prior to that, he held the position of Deputy Director for International & European Affairs. Emmanuel has been with La Poste for 5 years. 

He has a 14-year experience in international negotiations, including as a national expert for the European Commission (DG Transport) and as a diplomat at the French permanent representation to the EU. He has published several articles on international negotiation, the latest one being "Is the UPU still relevant?"

As Chair of the SAC he will have an important role to coordinate and uphold the position of the employers of the postal sector in the European Social Dialogue Committee for the postal sector and continue the fruitful cooperation with trade unions in this framework.

Jutta Rawe-Bäumer from Deutsche Post DHL has been appointed as Vice-Chair of the SAC.  Jutta is a lawyer who has been working in the DHL Group since 1990, and currently holds the position of Head of Corporate HR International. She is also the co-chair from the employer’s side of the DPDHL Forum (European Workers Council) since 2009. 

She has held various HR management roles within DPDHL on global, regional and local level including Managing Director HR Europe for the Express division in Brussels. In her current function, she is responsible for the Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and Diversity, including responsibility for International Labour Relations.

European Social Dialogue Committee for the postal sector

In the European Social Dialogue Committee for the postal sector(SDC), Jutta has taken on the responsibility as President of the Committee replacing Dominique Bailly who has held this responsibility for more than 10 years and Mr. Brian Scott from Unite has been again elected has Vice-President of the SDC representing the Trade Unions. 

Environment Working Group

Christelle Chabredier, the Institutional Relations Manager at the social and environmental responsibility department of Le Groupe La Poste has been appointed as the new chair of the Environment working group. After graduating from ESCP-EUROPE in International Project Management, she has had professional experience in both private and public sector in France and abroad. She began her professional career in 1990. 

She was brought to Le Groupe La Poste in 2008 by the then CEO Mr. Jean-Paul Bailly, who recruited her to contribute to the Electric Vehicle mission. 

 

 

Luís Paulo, Director of Sustainability & Environment at CTT Portugal Post, has been appointed the Vice Chair of this working group and will co-chair the working group with Daniel-Sebastian Mühlbach (Austrian Post). Luís is responsible for the CSR, stakeholder engagement, sustainability and environmental programs of the company. He has a degree in Economics and an Executive Master in Business and Environmental Sustainability. He has also represented Portugal in different working groups and committees within the UPU, PostEurop and IPC. In addition to this, Luís has a background in consultancy, training, audit and project management in approximately twenty countries. 

On behalf of all our Members, we would like to welcome Nathalie, Emmanuel, Jutta, Christelle and Luís in their new roles. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank once again Dominique for the continuous leadership and hard work in the CSR Activities Circle, which he chaired for over 10 years.
