Organisational Announcement

We would like to bring to your attention to a change in the PostEurop Best Practice – Wider Europe Transversal (BP-WE).

Best Practice - Wider Europe Transversal

Dear Members,

The PostEurop Management Board approved the candidate indicated by Turkish Post PTT, Mrs İclal DERELLİ as the new Vice-Chair of the Best Practice Wider Europe Transversal (BP-WE), thus replacing Mrs Olja Jovicic (Serbian Post) who left the position. İclal will be supporting the Chair of the Transversal, Mrs Olga Zhitnikova from Russian Post.

İclal joined Turkish Post in 2007 and since then, she has been working closely together with many international organisations and trade unions, including PostEurop and the UPU.  This has given her a vast experience in the field of international relations and projects. As of 2013 she holds the position of International Relations Manager at the International Institutions and European Union Coordination Unit.

Graduated from the Hacettepe University, Ankara (Turkey) in Political Science and International Relations, she also holds a Master Degree in International Relations from the Middle East Technical University of Ankara.

On behalf of all our Members, we would like to welcome İclal, in her new role. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Olja for the work developed in the Best Practice Wider Europe Transversal and also to thank Candan Senyüz PostEurop Management Board Member and the Turkish Post for their support and commitment.

Best Regards,

Botond Szebeny
PostEurop Secretary General
