On 29 July 2015, PostEurop published a position paper representing its contribution to the public consultation of the European Commission on cross-border delivery “Initiative to enhance affordability, quality and convenience of cross-border parcel delivery”. The paper specifically addressed questions raised by the Commission around affordability and regulatory oversight of the cross-border parcel delivery market. It was prepared by the E-Commerce Green Paper working group.
