On behalf of PostEurop Mrs.  Häggblom delivered a speech on PostEurop activities.  Speaking at the press conference were also some prominent figures including Mrs. Angelica Schwall-Düren, a Minister for the region Nordrhein-Westfalen, Mr. Alfred Schmidt, Vice-President of the German Philatelist Federation and Mr. Rudolf Jelinek, the Mayor of Essen. 

EUROPA stamps at the International Briefmarkenmesse Essen Exhibition

A special exhibition of EUROPA stamps issued in 2014 was organised at the prominent entrance to the exhibition hall so that all visitors are able to view, appreciate and learn more about the EUROPA stamps in the region.  A lucky draw was held and three winners were awarded a small gift as a token of appreciation for participating in the draw.

 One of the Winners, Mr. Paul Wilfried says "Vielen Dank für die Armbanduhr."
