The Social Responsibility Committee The overall objective of the Social Responsibility Committee (SRC) is to provide PostEurop Members with the ability to ensure the fulfilment of their social responsibility in all its facets, from ensuring qualitative employment by development of human resources through training to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and limiting the impact of postal operators on the environment. The social dialogue activities involve cooperation with trade unions and provide a means to improve the social environment in the enterprise.
Insights into the social aspects of their organisations will allow Members to provide employees with better employment, better training, and healthier working conditions, in an organisation that lessens its impact on the environment and adopts general CSR principles.
