As a trade association representing the interests of European postal operators, PostEurop has the responsibility to influence and follow-up on regulatory, social, operational and market developments which have or may have an impact on the European postal sector.

Through the active work of its 5 Committees and 32 Working Groups, PostEurop ensures that the most important issues are being dealt with and that appropriate action is taken to promote the postal industry whenever possible and to the best of its Members' interests. To do so, PostEurop issues positions papers, lobbies European and international policy makers, organises seminars and workshops, develops improvement programmes in the field of quality of service and postal operations, and implements bi-lateral and multilateral training projects.
